Margate Beach House Progress

Our Margate beach house residential project is close to completion. Here are a selection of progress images of the fit-out and construction. The project is focused on the generation of an existing 1950s brick bungalow located on the Kent coastline in Margate. Featuring an extensive remodel and re-design of the entire house and interior spaces, including an entirely new roof and large side & rear extension. The concept focuses on key mid-century modern references and principals and a material pallet inspired by coastal living. Completing in late 2023.
